Meditation on Light: Illuminating the Inner Self

To meditate on light as Vallalar Ramalinga Swamigal taught:

  1. Sit in a comfortable posture
  2. Visualize a brilliant light in your heart center
  3. Allow this light to expand, filling your entire being
  4. Imagine this light radiating outwards, enveloping everything around you
  5. Feel yourself dissolving into this all-encompassing light

This practice purifies the mind, awakens higher consciousness, and aligns one with the universal light of creation.
